Growing up in a Greek family in the produce business, Josh came to cooking naturally. Born and raised on the south side, and currently residing in Lakeview, his food is focused on flavor from in season ingredients that play nicely together.
INGREDIENTS - 4 servings
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
1 Teaspoon Paprika smoked
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Mustard Powder
3 Teaspoon Brown Sugar
Cup Olive Oil
2 Piece Pork Tenderloin
Prepare the rub - Put all the spices into a mixing bowl. Mix with a wooden spoon until well blended. Preheat oven to 350f.
Rub the tenderloin pieces - Place the pieces with the rub into a sealed plastic-bag and cover the pieces with the rub.
Cooking Time - Heat a skillet with olive-oil to cover the bottom, and sear the meat over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, until nicely brown. When done, place all pieces in the oven for additional 12-15 minutes. remove and let rest for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
