Ingredients (6 Servings)

  • 2 Cups Roasted Vegetables rolled oats
  • 12 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 12 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 14 Teaspoon Cinnamon ground
  • 1 Pint Heavy Cream
  • 1 Piece Mango pitted & diced
  • 1 Cup Shredded Coconut
  • 1 14 Cups Milk

Preparation

  • Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a deep dish, mix all the ingredients together.
  • Bake, uncovered for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Check to make sure the oats are cooked all the way through before taking out.
  • Let cool and serve with a splash of milk or water.
