Ingredients

( 4 servings )
  • 1 lb Strawberries
  • 1 Cup Sugar granulated
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 liter Club Soda

Preparation

  • In a small sauce pot, heat the 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water until the sugar has completely dissolved. Turn the heat off and let cool.
  • Take the stems and leaves off the strawberries and cut them in half. Puree the strawberries with the cooled simple syrup together until smooth.
  • In a large pitcher, add the Strawberry Puree and slowly top it the club soda. Pour over glasses filled with ice.
  • NOTES: THIS RECIPE ALSO CALLS FOR: Club Soda
