3 Tablespoons Grand Marnier or orange juice if you prefer
Toss strawberries with 1 TB of sugar and the Grand Marnier or orange juice in a large bowl. Cover and place in the refrigerator. Whip cream in a stand or hand-held mixer until soft peaks form. Add 1 TB of sugar and the vanilla extract and beat again until fully whipped. (If not using whipped cream right away, cover and refrigerate.) To make the parfaits, alternate layers of yogurt and strawberries in a tall glass or champagne flute. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and a mint leaf.
