Turkey and Camembert Tartine

Belgian country bread and Jersey Hill Camembert elevate this open-faced turkey sandwich to something very special.

INGREDIENTS - 4 servings
  • 1 lb Turkey breast
  • 8 Oz Camembert
  • 14 Loaf Belgian country bread
  • 1 Jar Shallots Confit
  • 8 Oz Arugula
  • 2 Whole Tomatoes
  • Slice four large pieces of bread and toast or grill lightly. Top each slice with a generous spoonful of shallot confit. Slice the Camembert and place two to three slices on each piece of bread. Add several slices of turkey breast on top of the cheese. Finish with slices of tomato and top with a generous sprinkling of arugula. Serve open-faced for that European flair!
