Season Chili, pinto beans, hamburgers, eggs, salad dressing, and enchiladas. Great in Indian food, tamales, and BBQ sauces. A universal seasoning flavor! 3-4 tablespoons per pound. When you start with the best ingredients it doesn't take much. Need it spicy? Add Cayenne, jalapenos, hot sauce or whatever lights your furnace!!
