GRILLED CHICKEN WITH BALSAMIC PEACH MARINADE

Grilled Chicken infused with a hint of peach flavor. Great for summer time grilling.

INGREDIENTS - 4 servings
  • 4 Chicken Breast
  • 1 Cup Peaches mashed
  • 12 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Teaspoon Honey
  • 12 Teaspoon Salt
  • Teaspoon Pepper
  • 12 Teaspoon Garlic crushed
  • 1 Tablespoons thyme, fresh
  • 12 Cup Olive Oil
PREPARATION
  • Combine vinegar, mustard, honey, salt, pepper, garlic, and thyme. Whisk until well blended, then add olive oil and mix.
  • Just before you are ready to marinate chicken, stir in peaches.
  • Pour over chicken breasts. Allow to marinate for at least 2 hours and grill.
