A beautiful and simple recipe of grilled large shrimp or Tiger Prawns dressing in olive oil and fresh lemon juice.

INGREDIENTS - 8 servings
2 lbs Tiger Prawns or extra large shrimp - tail-on
1 Cup Lemon Juice fresh
2 Whole Lemon cut into thick slices
2 Tablespoon Parsley chopped
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil extra-virgin
1 Tablespoon Kosher Salt
1 Teaspoon Cracked Pepper
In a large bowl, toss the prawns with fresh lemon juice, Kosher salt and black pepper. Marinate for about 20 minutes. Grill for about 3 minutes on each side, until prawns have turned pink. Grill the sliced lemons, until grill marks are visible for garnish.
Arrange shrimp on a platter. Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with chopped parsley and grilled lemons.
