INGREDIENTS - 4 servings
  • 1 Pork Tenderloin
  • 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce, low sodium
  • 3 Tablespoons Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic, minced, about 3 cloves
  • 1 Tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and olive oil. Place the tenderloin in a large zip-top bag and pour the marinade on top. Let the pork chill for at least 30 minutes and up to 4 hours. Prepare a gas or charcoal grill for cooking over high heat.
  • Cook the pork until the bottom is browned and caramelized, 7-10 minutes. Turn the pork over and cover, cooking until the other side is also nicely browned and the interior is cooked through, 7-10 minutes longer.
  • Let the pork rest, loosely tented with aluminum foil, for about five minutes. Slice and serve with rice or vegetable as an accompaniment.
