INGREDIENTS - 4 servings
  • 2 lb Shrimp (Large)
  • 34 Cup Thai Marinade
  • 10 Skewers
  • Olive Oil
  • Chervil optional - can use other herbs to Kids' taste
  • With kitchen scissors, cut a slit along the back of each shrimp and remove black vein. In a glass bowl, mix shrimp and marinade evenly and leave in fridge for at least 45 minutes.
  • Soak skewers in cold water for 10 minutes. Thread shrimp onto skewers, about 4 shrimp to each skewer. Drizzle with olive oil. Grill shrimp skewers on medium high heat for 3 minutes each side, till shrimp meat is opaque. Top with chervil.
  • Serve with Steamed rice
