Lydia Gonzalez created a delicious salsa verde for her family and friends to enjoy. Her recipe for this salsa verde was so delicious, that it won first place in the 2012 national Scovie award. Lydia only uses fresh ingredients to make all of her salsas that are in Mild, Medium and Muy Caliente, for those who like a little bit of heat.
