A fresh alternative to traditional soda taking fresh fruit puree and topping it with club soda.

INGREDIENTS - 4 servings
1 lb Strawberries
1 Cup Sugar granulated
1 Cup Water
1 liter Club Soda
In a small sauce pot, heat the 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water until the sugar has completely dissolved. Turn the heat off and let cool.
Take the stems and leaves off the strawberries and cut them in half. Puree the strawberries with the cooled simple syrup together until smooth.
In a large pitcher, add the Strawberry Puree and slowly top it the club soda. Pour over glasses filled with ice.
