Why order take-out when homemade pizza tastes better and is better for you!

INGREDIENTS - 4 servings
1 pizza dough thawed
1 Jar tomato basil sauce
10 Oz mozzarella grated
Cup Parmesan cheese grated
1 Tablespoon Olive oil
Preheat the oven to 475 degrees. Grease a 14 inch pizza pan -- I recommend the ones with perforations -- with olive oil. Press the thawed dough with your fingertips until it reaches the edges of the pan. Pinch the dough to create a crust.
Spread the tomato sauce thinly on the pizza with the back of a ladle up to the crust. Don't smother the pizza with sauce -- you should see some dough peeking through. Sprinkle the grated mozzarella and Parmesan on top of the the sauce.
Add the toppings of your choice. Some suggestions include sauteed vegetables, roasted red peppers, sliced pepperoni or Italian sausage, mushrooms or sliced olives. Bake at 475 for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is risen and golden brown.
