GRILLED PORK TENDERLOIN WITH SOY-HONEY MARINADE
Grilled Pork Tenderloin Japanese style

INGREDIENTS - 4 servings
1 pork tenderloin
3 Tablespoons soy sauce, low sodium
3 Tablespoons Honey
1 Tablespoon garlic minced, about 3 cloves
1 Tablespoon ginger root, minced
2 Tablespoons olive oil
In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and olive oil. Place the tenderloin in a large zip-top bag and pour the marinade on top. Let the pork chill for at least 30 minutes and up to 4 hours. Prepare a gas or charcoal grill for cooking over high heat.
Cook the pork until the bottom is browned and caramelized, 7-10 minutes. Turn the pork over and cover, cooking until the other side is also nicely browned and the interior is cooked through, 7-10 minutes longer.
Let the pork rest, loosely tented with aluminum foil, for about five minutes. Slice and serve with rice or vegetable as an accompaniment.
