GRILLED SHRIMP SKEWERS IN THAI MARINADE

INGREDIENTS - 4 servings
Cup Thai marinade
chervil optional - can use other herbs to Kids' taste
2 lbs shrimp
With kitchen scissors, cut a slit along the back of each shrimp and remove black vein. In a glass bowl, mix shrimp and marinade evenly and leave in fridge for at least 45 minutes.
Soak skewers in cold water for 10 minutes. Thread shrimp onto skewers, about 4 shrimp to each skewer. Drizzle with olive oil. Grill shrimp skewers on medium high heat for 3 minutes each side, till shrimp meat is opaque. Top with chervil.
Serve with Steamed rice
