Kelly Brignon is a champion chili cook who has brought her love of chili and spices to Mild Bill's Spice Company. After purchasing the company in 2010, Kelly relocated the business to downtown Ennis, Texas and opened a retail location in the old Ennis Meat Market. Besides chili and barbeque spices, Mild Bill's sells their own jellies, preserves, relishes, mixes and seasonings. Many of their products are gluten, preservative and salt free.
